MCCA Governance
The Community Centre is owned and managed by the Marshfield Community Centre Association (Charity No. 297306).
There are two groups of Trustees:
Holding Trustees:
The Community Centre was built for residents of Marshfield and surrounding areas, and ownership is now held by four individuals on behalf of all residents. These four individuals are known as the Holding Trustees. They are Jim Brookes, Christine Eden, Geoff Greenwood and Graham Snell. Their names appear on land registration and other legal documents relating to our Community Centre.
Charity Trustees:
The Charity Trustees are responsible for managing the Community Centre on a day to day basis for the benefit of the beneficiaries - the residents of Marshfield and other local villages.

This committee meets regularly (about once a month) in the Community Centre. The committee comprises the Charity Trustees plus other volunteers including:

Annual General Meetings
