How to book space at the Community Centre

  1. Click on 'Book Space' on the menu bar.

  2. Read the documents 'Conditions of Hire' and 'Pricing Policy' and check the 'Hall Hire Rates'.

  3. To check availability on the calendar page select the month for your event. Any existing bookings are highlighted for each space. Increase the font size if necessary.

  4. Click on the '+' sign next to your chosen date. Select the specific space(s) that you want to hire e.g. Large Hall.

  5. Click 'Customer Login' button. If you have booked before then sign in, or if you are new to booking create a login - please keep your login details for future bookings. Read our 'Data Protection Notice' at the bottom of the form to find out what data MCCA hold about you and what we do with it.

  6. Once logged in complete the booking request form and save. You will receive an email with details of your provisional booking.

  7. Your request will be reviewed and you will be sent a second email confirming your booking with payment details and other necessary information.
