Monday 1st September 2:00pm ‘Supernova’ (15) - in this tender drama, Colin Firth and Stanley Tucci play a couple embarking on a road trip across England, whilst facing the heartbreak of early-onset dementia.
Friday 12th September 5:00pm ‘Despicable Me 4’ - new monthly Friday Film Fun - Gru faces a new villain, Maxime la Mal, while adjusting to fatherhood and protecting his family. A fun movie with plenty of Minion silliness.
Monday 15th September 2:00pm ‘Swan Lake’ - stars of The Royal Ballet Lauren Cuthbertson and William Bracewell lead in this favourite of the classical ballet repertoire from the Royal Opera House. A must-see for both ballet enthusiasts and newcomers.
Monday 6th October 2:00pm ‘Words of War’ - based on a true story, this drama follows journalist and human rights activist Anna Politkovskaya on her crusade to be an independent voice of truth for the Russian people.
Monday 20th October 2:00pm ‘What We Did on Our Holiday’ (12A) - comedy about a warring couple on the brink of divorce who take their three young children on holiday to Scotland to visit their grandfather. Starring Billy Connelly, David Tennant and Rosamund Pike.
